JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The accusation is of recovery of 185 pouches, each containing 200 ml, country made liquor from the motorcycle of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.03.2017.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.24550 of 2017 (2) dt.30-06-2017 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Aurangbad, in connection with Madanpur P.S.
