For non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application was earlier dismissed by order, dated 05.01.2016.

This writ application was filed on 28.07.2014, seeking quashing of the order, dated 22.05.2014, passed by the Bihar School Examination Board in compliance of an order of this Court, dated 01.12.2011 passed in CWJC No. 19545 of 2010. By the said order, dated 22.04.2014, the Bihar School Examination Board has rejected the prayer for grant of

Patna High Court CWJC No.12947 of 2014(5) dt.19-01-2018 2/2 affiliation of Kashturba Gandhi Giril High School, Siwan. It transpires from the record that the said School does not have affiliation at least for last eight years. In the reasoned order passed by the Bihar School Examination Board, the deficiencies have been pointed out, which is the reason for refusal to grant extension of affiliation.

3. I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order.
