JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr Misc. no. 29318 of 2015 and Cr. Misc. no. 54450 of 2015 with the observation for the present/at this stage. The petitioner is in custody since 26.3.2015, i.e., for the last more than one year. The informant has been examined in the present case which is placed at Annexure-3 to the present application. From perusal of the records, it appears that nothing incriminating has been alleged against this petitioner.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Araria, in connection with Araria ( Bairgachhi ) P. S. Case no. 3 of 2015.
