Petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016 in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No.74 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of misappropriation of some amount by the accused persons. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. From perusal of the para-48 of the case diary, it is evident that full description has been given as to how the execution of schemes were carried out. There is no misappropriation of any public money. Petitioner is a Rojgar

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Lakhisarai, DistrictLakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S.Case No.74 of 2014, G.R.No.1316 of 2014.
