2. The petitioners have renewed his prayer for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58395 of 2023(3) dt.08-12-2023 2/3 regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 447, 448, 504, 323, 324, 354, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 302 IPC was further added which was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 4.1.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38839 of 2022 with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months failing which petitioners would be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail.

3. In compliance of order dated 8.9.2023, a report dt. 15.9.2023 sent by Additional District & Sessions Judge-VII, Vaishali at Hajipur has been received. It is mentioned in its report that the case is fixed for prosecution evidence and the trial is likely to be concluded within one year.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 3.5.2022. There is no hope to conclude the trial in near future.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the period of custody of the petitioners, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
