The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, on the order of co-accused, this petitioner is alleged to have inflicted Dabila on the head of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that there is case and counter case between the parties. The occurrence took place due to land dispute. Both parties are Pattidars and injury is simple in nature.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from today, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Manjhaulia P. S. Case no. 244 of 2020 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) s.hassan/- U
