The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.129 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegations and criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to him. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. It is directed that the trial of the petitioner in all cases registered against him be expedited. The District & Sessions Judge, Patna is directed to get trials of the petitioner expedited and get the same concluded within a year.
