The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 325, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of assaulting the son of the informant by the accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65179 of 2021(4) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to some previous enmity. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner No. 3 is wife of the injured whereas petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 are mother and sister of petitioner No. 3.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kishanganj Rail P.S. Case No. 18 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
