Although there is allegation against this petitioner that he demanded extortion money and when his demand was not fulfilled, he along with others made indiscriminate firing on the informant but admittedly, none has sustained any injury. Admittedly, the alleged demand was made on 11-08-2013 whereas; alleged firing took place on 12-08-2013 but the informant gave information regarding the above-said occurrence on 26-08-2013.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33644 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 with Alauli P.S. Case No. 194 of 2013 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 48 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Khagaria.
