2. Office has reported that no step has been taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner regarding removal of defects.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that the defects could not have been removed but submits that the petitioner is staying in Gujarat and for this reason, the defects could not be removed.

4. It is a lame excuse.
