The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co- accused who was caught on the spot but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and having similar allegation co-accused Chand Miyan and Md. Taslim have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri District Rohtas in Dehri (T) P.S.
