JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Majhauliya P.S. Case No.114 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that within a year of marriage the informant's daughter was killed by the petitioner and other family members in connection with demand of dowry. It is submitted that she died of diarrhoea. The information of death was given to the parents of the deceased. Now the case is at the trial stage and some important witnesses have been examined including the mother of the deceased and in her evidence she has said that demand of dowry was never made. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,
