The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Taraiya P. S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR which has been instituted on the basis of a complaint, which was referred to the police in exercise of powers conferred under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
