JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 This application has been filed for modification or order dated 16.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9317 of 2019, by which, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory the petitioner was disposed of and he was directed to surrender in the court below by 23.07.2019.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that due to some personal difficulty, the petitioner could not surrender within the time prescribed by this Court and thus prayed for extension of time.

Having considered the averments made in the modification application as also the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 16.07.2019 is modified to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52066 of 2019(2) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 the extent that petitioner is granted further two weeks' time from the date of receipt of this order to surrender in the court below. Other parts of the order dated 16.07.2019 shall remain the same.

It is made clear that no further time will be granted to the petitioner.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.

Accordingly, this modification is allowed.
