The petitioner, an Advocate of this Court, filed this writ petition for quashing letter no. 133, dated 17.06.2015, and also prayed for a direction to fix remuneration/fees of the petitioner, who was appointed as Senior Special Government Pleader, to present the case on behalf of the State of Bihar before the Bihar Land Tribunal vide order, as contained in Memo No. 62(II), dated 12.03.2013. The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents be directed to fix remuneration/fees of the petitioner according to law.

The learned counsel for the State has referred different letters, such as Annexure 6 to the writ petition and Annexure A to the counter affidavit.

Admittedly, the petitioner was appointed as Senior Special Government Pleader to present the case on behalf of the State of Bihar before the Bihar Land Tribunal, but, the fees of the

Considering the facts, aforesaid, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to fix the fees/remuneration of the petitioner within two months, from the date of receipt of this order. This writ petition is disposed off with the direction, aforesaid.
