JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that the name of petitioner was disclosed by co-accused, who was caught on the spot by the police. Moreover, on the basis of above stated discloser of the co-accused, the petitioner was remanded in this case from another case and he is languishing in jail custody since 05.09.2014.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18643 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 Session trial no. 51 of 2015 arising out of Pear P.S.Case No. 138 of 2012.
