2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 329(4), 126(2), 115(2), 74, 75, 76, 351(2), 352, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The informant, namely Lalsa Devi, alleged that on 26.04.2025 at about 8 AM, while her daughter was alone at home, this petitioner came and pressed her breast, however; on alarm raised by the victim, this petitioner threatened her and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is own cousin brother of the victim (informant's
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53749 of 2025(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 daughter) and due to dispute over the ancestral property between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 113 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
