ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 04-03-2016 The Petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 30.3.2013 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance case No.203 of 2011, by which he has directed the Opposite Party No.2 to pay Rs.5000/- to the Petitioner No.1 and Rs.2000/- to the Petitioner No.2 per month from the date of the order and Rs.15,000/- in one lump-sum as litigation cost. Even though the Petitioners are aggrieved with the adinterim maintenance, it would be in their interest that the proceeding be concluded at the earliest.
