The present Writ application has been filed for directing the respondent authorities, particularly respondent no. 3, Deputy Collector Land Reforms, East Muzaffarpur to dispose of B.L.D.R. Case No. 88/2013-14 and to restore the possession of the petitioner over the land appertaining to R.S. Khata No. 300, R.S. Plot No. 1450, Thana No. 475, measuring an area of 20 decimals situated in village - Mushahari, District - Muzaffarpur. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of

Patna High Court CWJC No.5341 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 respondent no. 3 making specific statement in paragraph 4 that B.L.D.R. Case No. 88/2013-14 has been disposed of vide order dated 31.03.2015. Copy of the same has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the counter affidavit.

In the circumstances, the Writ application has become virtually infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy available to him, if aggrieved by the order passed in B.L.D.R. Case No. 88/2013-14.
