2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:

"1. That the instant application for issuance of writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondents authority for making immediate payment of the his dues salary of the month of December, 2018, and January 2019 to February 2019 along with three ACP benefit with admissible interest and for that there is order from the office of District Service Grievance Redressal Officer, DistrictNawada on 15.09.2021 to make sure for payment of dues salary along with dues arrear ACP amount as soon as the fund

Patna High Court CWJC No.19404 of 2021 dt.16-12-2021 2/2 available but in spite of the fund was made available vide Memo No. 1479/Ra dated - 10.09.2021, the respondents authority have withheld the petitioner dues salary and arrear of his ACP illegally, arbitrary having the mala-fide intention toward the petitioner and the respondents have no regard to the order passed by the Service Grievance Redressal Officer, Nawada."

3. Perusal of grievance read with the representation it is not addressed to the competent authority. Therefore, petitioner has not made out a case. Accordingly, the instant petition stands dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to make necessary representation to a competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. On receipt of petitioner's representation, the competent authority is hereby directed to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
