The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur Gidhaur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 323, 324, 307, 427, 379 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with axe on the head of uncle of the informant and the injury caused on the head of the victim has been opined to be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to grant
