A show-cause has been filed on behalf of the State in which at paragraph No. 5, it has been stated that the opposite party has made full compliance of the order and an amount of Rs. 59,662/- has been sent to the Sub-Treasury, Barh for making payment to the petitioner.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, save and except the said payments, no money with regard to the post retirement dues has been released in favour of the petitioner Sushila Devi.
Be that as it may, no case under the Contempt of Courts Act is made out.
The contempt application stands disposed of with
Patna High Court MJC No.225 of 2016 (7) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate steps towards redressal of other grievances which may be tenable under law. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U
