The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S Case No. 127 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302, 448 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that there is direct and specific allegation of assault upon the deceased against co-accused Arjun Ram and Sanjay Ram and the petitioner is alleged to have scuffled with one Dinesh Kumar who has sustained some simple

No.35969 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 and superficial injuries, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 127 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
