Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 447, 436, 385, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner, along with other co-accused, has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute which arises out of Title Suit No 221 of 2011. It is also submitted that from perusal of the order dated 03.12.2014 passed in Bail Petition No 797 of 2014 whereby co-accused Ajay Kumar @ Puso Das has been granted bail, it will be obvious that during investigation also, the allegations have been found to be not sustainable. It is further

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29938 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.03.2017.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K Hat (Maranga) Police Station Case No 729 of 2014.
