JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner appears to be the main assailant and earlier his prayer for bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 03.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.4471 of 2015. Again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 2014/89 of 2015, arising out of Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 217 of 2013, pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-2nd, Nawada stands rejected. However, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Superintendent of
