Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of coaccused and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S.Case No. 264 of 2015.
