The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mansahi P. S. Case No. 29/2018 registered under Sections 376, 323, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. Considering that the allegation made in the FIR of establishing physical relation with the informant, a girl of 17 years, is confined against Amit Kumar Sah and not against the petitioners who are parents of Amit Kumar, they are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge-cum-Additional
