The petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2015 in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 80/2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,307,315,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Prevention of Witch Practices Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was an old civil litigation between the parties and as a consequence thereof, the present case has been lodged making false allegation against the petitioner.
Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, let the petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
