The petitioner is an accused in connection with Bajpatti P.S.Case No. 71 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Submission of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. In course of investigation the name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Md. Ejaj. Thereafter the petitioner was apprehended by the police in connection with Pupari P.S.Case No. 118 of 2015 and remanded in the present case.
