JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 15.20 liters country made liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner. It is contended the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017 and his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
