JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 279,337,341,323,324,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The accusation is of making assault and abusing by calling the caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners' side lodged Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 at earlier point of time and considering the same, co accused Krishnandan Thakur has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 29089 of 2014 and others vide Cr. Misc. No. 30253 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32677 of 2014 (2) dt.13-02-2015 2/2 2014. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur (Mufassil) P.S. Case No. 61 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
