JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-11-2017 Realizing difficulty in getting pension, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is confining his prayer in the present writ petition to the extent that the amount deposited by him as contribution under the pension scheme be refunded to him

Having regard to the nature of the claim made by the petitioner, I deem it appropriate that the petitioner should file a representation before the Chief Accounts Officer, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna regarding payment of contribution under the pension scheme first. If such a representation is filed, the Chief Accounts Officer shall be required to examine and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date of filing of representation along with a certified copy of the order. In case, any amount is found payable, the same should be paid to the petitioner within the aforesaid stipulated period of three months. In case, the claim of the petitioner is rejected, the reason assigned in the order for refusal of the claim must be communicated to the petitioner on his postal address without any delay.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
