Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.472 of 2011 (Sessions Trial No. 513 of 2014) registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 3rd Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bagaha, West Champaran.

Admittedly, prayer of the petitioner for bail was rejected twice taking into consideration the specific allegation of piercing the Bhala blow on the chest of the deceased, husband of the informant. I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
