Petitioners seek regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, two unknown miscreants looted cash, tab, PAN card, Aadhar card, wallet, mobile phone of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Name of these petitioners surfaced during course of investigation in the confession of co-accused. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. They are in custody since 15.8.2021.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65483 of 2021(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that petitioner no. 2 has been arrested with looted mobile phone while both the petitioners have been identified by the informant in the TIP.
