2. The present application has been preferred for issuance of contempt proceeding against government respondents authorities for deliberately and wlingfully disobedience of order dated 21.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. no. 3030 of 2023 by this Court.

3. Paragraphs 7 and 8 of the show cause filed on behalf of the Executive Engineer, Road Construction Department, Kaimur records as under:

7. That answering opposite party again through memo no. 165 dated 02.04.2026 has

Patna High Court MJC No.2648 of 2025(6) dt.24-04-2026 2/2 requested to the Chief Engineer for making available allotment of Rs. 346509/- SO that order of the Hon'ble court can be complied with.

8. That immediately after receipt of estimate fund answering opposite party has made payment of Rs. 3,46,509/- on 18.04.2026 to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur through U.T.R. No./XUTR/ RBISH00534130028 dated 18.04.2026 which has also been communicated to the District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur, Bhabhua through letter No. 192 dated 20.04.2026.

4. In that background, accepting the version of the opposite parties, MJC No. 2648 of 2025 is disposed of.

5. If the petitioner still has any grievance, can very well agitate by filing a proper petition.
