JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 31.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54612 of 2016.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that uptill now charge sheet has not been submitted and the Superintendent of Police found the case false. Heard learned A.P.P also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. If petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
