By order dated 17.08.2019, the notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2. It appears from the service report that notice has been validly served upon opposite party no.2 but there is no appearance on behalf of opposite party no. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the complainant and he is ready to keep his wife with full honour and dignity.
