Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that some recovery was made from the house of co-accused Mukesh Kumar. The same is evident from the allegations in the first information report as also the seizure list. He further submits that he has been named in the instant case by the said co-accused from whom the recoveries have been made. Other than that, there is no other material either in the FIR or in the seizure list against the petitioner to show his implication. He is in custody since 23.05.2017.

No.28470 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 In the light of the aforesaid submissions, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VII - cum- Special Judge, Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Begusarai in Bhagwanpur Police Station Case No 73 of 2017, GR No 1658 of 2017.
