The petitioner is in custody in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016 for the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was remanded in this case on 14.11.2016 when he was arrested in Dawath P.S. Case No. 94 of 2016.
The petitioner has specifically stated in Para-9 of the petition that he has not been put on TIP and the only material to implicate this petitioner in the instant case is the confessional statement.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27070 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Having regard to the fact that the petitioner was not put on TIP and the fact that he remained in custody since 14.11.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, Bikramganj, Rohtas or the successor Court in connection with Surajpura P.S. Case No. 91 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extend full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
