Petitioners apprehends arrest in connection with Karjain P.S. Case No. 43 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 38 (i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that neither anything have been recovered from the conscious possession nor from the house of these petitioners. The alleged recovery has been made from the bed of canal nor from the house of the petitioners. The petitioners have been implicated in this case at the instance of this enemies. Petitioners are men of clean antecedent.
