In the present application, a prayer has been made to modify the condition imposed for release of the vehicle which is as follows:- "one surety (local) along with a Bank Guarantee or original title deed of immovable property situated within the District should be read.

Patna High Court MJC No.3095 of 2019(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 It does not require any modification.

We do not find any merit in this modification application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
