The petitioner has made a prayer for payment of Rs. 5,78,549/- remained due to be paid to the petitioner against the work done of construction of PCC Road from ward No. 18, NH19, Kali Mandir to the Railway Crossing via house of Rana Pratap Singh under the scheme of "Mukhya Mantri Shahri Naali-Gali Nirman' scheme. According to him he has completed

Patna High Court CWJC No.19475 of 2021(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 the entire work. However, no amount has been paid to him. The writ petition is hereby disposed off.

In case, the petitioner files a fresh representation within three weeks from today, the same shall be decided by the competent authority within three weeks thereafter. If the amount is found due, the same shall be released to him forthwith. In case if there is further delay in payment, it shall carry interest of 8% which shall be deducted from the salary of the officer responsible for the delay.
