One country made pistol and two live cartridges are said to have been recovered beneath the driving seat of the truck. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.Case No. 151 of 2015.
