JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 14-08-2019 It is the claim of the petitioner that even though she has been working as Aanganbari Sevika at the concerned Aanganbari Centre since 1985 and there being no complaint against her, fresh process for selection of Aanganbari Sevika for the aforesaid Aanganbari Centre was started and private respondent No. 7 has been appointed on such post.

2. The necessary facts for disposal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15886 of 2019 dt.14-08-2019 2/2 present writ petition are actually missing.

3. The petitioner, therefore, is directed to approach the C.D.P.O., Bhibhutipur, Samastipur for redressal of her grievances. Should a complaint be filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be decided by her, after verifying all the relevant facts, by a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of 30 days of the receipt of such complaint.

4. If the petitioner remains still dissatisfied with the order of the concerned C.D.P.O., she would have the option of challenging such order before the District Programme Officer, Samastipur in the first instance and, thereafter, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner in revision.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
