2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar (Kajipur) P.S. Case No. 927 of 2023 registered for offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Karn Kumar S/o Rajkishor Mahto is the main accused in the present case. He has got married to the alleged victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the mother, grandfather and relatives of the main accused namely Karn Kumar.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegations and the fact that the main accused namely Karn Kumar has already got married to the victim, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court below in connection with Hajipur Sadar (Kajipur) P.S. Case No.927 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
