The petitioner is accused in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014, registered under Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

The accusation is that on receiving secret information about four persons named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner and 8 to 10 unknown are moving in the market for creating terror and also pasting the poster for closing the market on 13.08.2014, who were belonging to MCC. The Police reached at Pachhchor market where some posters were found pasted on the wall of the shops, where some persons also disclosed the name of the four named in the F.I.R. including the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in

No.20659 of 2016 (2) dt.16-05-2016 2/2 fact, the petitioner was not apprehended on the spot and he has falsely been implicated in this case with allegation that petitioner belongs to MCC cadre. Further submission is that petitioner is accused in three other cases due to that reason, petitioner has been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2016.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M-IX, Saran, Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 110 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
