13-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Deceased Sumitra Devi who was married with the petitioner about a year ago faced persistent dowry demand as well as torture having at the end of husband, father-in-law, mother-inlaw and other family members for procurement of the same which ultimately cost her life.

Submission has been made on behalf of petitioner that she died of natural death.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.

Considering the allegation as well as status of the petitioner, prayer for bail is rejected.
