Once the matter is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and there is an interim order of status quo, proceeding in the contempt petition is not permissible. That being so, for the present, no action can be taken in these proceedings. Petitioner may seek enforcement of the orders passed in the writ petition after the S.L.P. is disposed of by the
