This is the reason why the respondents have refused to grant him either the Certificate or Gold Medal which is looking for by virtue of topping in the University.

The rationale and reasoning for such grant of Gold Medal or Certificate are cogent and valid. These Certificates and Medals are required to be given only to the regular students of University and not to private students. No interference is other wise warranted against the order impugned.

The writ application is dismissed.
