Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 385, 323, 504, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of near about 12 cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the present case was lodged on the basis of complaint petition and moreover, after investigation police found the case true only for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 385/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act for which petitioner is in jail custody since 18.02.2016. It is further submitted that as a matter of fact, no such occurrence, as alleged
